2.2. Defective or Damaged Items:

  • Process: Contact us within 14 days with photos of the damage or defect. We will provide a prepaid return label for the item.
  • Timeframe: Replacement or refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the defective item.

2.3. Incorrect Item:

  • Process: Contact us within 14 days. We will provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item and send the correct one.
  • Timeframe: Replacement will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the incorrect item.

2.4. Undelivered Items:

  • Process: Contact us if your item has not arrived within the estimated delivery time. We will investigate and either resend the item or issue a refund.
  • Timeframe: Investigation typically takes 5-7 business days.

2.5. Wrong Size:

  • Process: Contact us within 14 days. Return shipping costs for exchanges due to the wrong size are the customer's responsibility unless we sent the wrong size.

3. Order Cancellations:
